High grade, shade grown green tea from Japan’s original tea town, Uji.  Shaded for at least 3 weeks before harvest, these organic tea leaves have a deep green sheen that hints at its rich, green flavor.  The tea brews clean and fairly clear for a gyokuro, but leaves a full, throat coating mouth feel and deep green, umami aftertaste.  Classic green flavors of spinach and Russian kale lay the groundwork for tangy hints of dill and lingering ocean seaweed.  The perfect tea for making you believe in your own limitlessness.
