Reservation and cancellation policy:
A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 USD per traveler is required to reserve each space on this tour. Payment of the remaining balance is due by a date 6 weeks prior to the tour start date and is non-refundable. Payment of deposit is not a confirmation of your tour’s departure. Tours will be confirmed once the minimum number of travelers have signed up or at 6 weeks prior to the tour start date, whichever is first. If the minimum number of travelers is not met, 100% refund will be issued to all travelers. Individual cancellations before the 6 week date will receive a full refund less their deposit. Individual cancellations made less than 6 weeks prior to the tour start date will not be refunded. Purchase of travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
